• For optimal security and performance, students can use our software on either mobile or laptop but access is limited to 1 device at a time which cannot be changed.

• Device resets are not allowed, a fee will apply if requested.

• Windows - Operating system Windows 10 and above, 8GB Ram Minimum, Intel® Core™ i3 processor and above.

• Mobile - Android version 9 & above, 4GB Ram minimum.

Eligibility:

Students can extend their course validity, after expiry of their course.

Extension Options:

1 Month: Rs. 1000

2 Months: Rs. 2000

3 Months: 50% of the current course fee

Conditions:

• Extension request must be made within 90 days of the original course expiry date.

• Only one extension per course is permitted.

• No discounts are applicable on extension fees.

• The course validity will be extended within 24 - 48 working hours of the successful extension request and payment.

• Course once purchased cannot be cancelled & fees are non-refundable.

• Subscribed Course cannot be changed with another course.

• The course is non-transferable.
